• A decadent 60-minute Massage of your choice (Choose from Aromatherapy, Swedish or Sports Massage) using your choice of luxurious ELEMIS massage oil

• Seasonal salad with either tofu, fat free ham, smoked chicken or smoked salmon. Served with a freshly made vegetable and fruit smoothie, seasonal fruits and green tea.
